Back Office Support Staff
Minimum Criteria:
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in Business Administration (with basic knowledge of IT background)
- Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience.
Job Scope:
- Perform administrative tasks and to support sales team in their daily activities.
- Provide customer service and managing customer accounts.
- Preparing sales quotation and submission of tenders.
- Maintaining list of prospective client’s information and building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Schedule meetings for team members with prospective clients.
Network Engineer
Minimum Criteria:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Network and Security or a related field with a networking engineering focus.
- Possess valid CISCO Certifications, i.e. CCNA / CCNP or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 – 4 years’ working experience in related field preferred.
Job Scope:
- Developing, configuring, testing and monitoring of server system or applications.
- Designing, installation and troubleshooting network, network security and software issues. Identifying weaknesses and resolving system or network issues.
- Identify customers’ needs and engineering adaptations of products and services to suit their business requirements.
- Oversees the IT team and coordinate with vendors, clients and internal users when implementing a new system.
- Provide support and collaborate with sales team in promoting products and services for the company.
